ahh...erin and i are chilling in her room after a filling dinner of leftovers and making tacos with her friend dan. i feel so fat, i can feel my stomach trying to bulge out. i don't like it!

so i've been having a pretty good time here. the weather's really sporadic; when i got in, it was hotter than it was in cali but then later that afternoon it turned cold, windy, and rainy. the next day was nice again, and today was cloudy and a little rainy. i'm really really excited that the cherry blossoms are blooming now; they're such happy looking flowers, and so pretty. uhhh...basically i've just been hanging out; it's nice and relaxing. when erin's at class i try to do some work; my excellence paper is almost done and i've gone through half of my mcat diags, correcting them and noting what to review. we walk around town and eat and hang out with her friends; it's pretty cool. her friends are interesting. today me, erin and cory went to baltimore to check out an NIH lab; the people are pretty nice and the stuff is really interesting (they're part of the national institute of drug abuse) but it's in baltimore...which isn't the best place...but we'll see. i got another offer tonight from a lab in bethesda (woo hoo!)

tomorrow's figure skating! michelle kwan's in 1st place going into the long program; i'm excited, i love her program this year and i hope she performs it well. thing is, she kinda got her music from another skater who performed to similar music last year, but it's a different variation of it (rodrigo's aranjuez, it's really pretty) anyway it's really cool and i'm looking forward to it. i hope we go to the jefferson memorial sometime this weekend to see the bunches of cherry blossom trees, and hopefully it's not cloudy/rainy anymore...

ah, my friends are going snowboarding tomorrow, without me again. at least i went already!
