ok since the power's out at my place i'll work on filling in the details of Europe.
just a quick note...people here DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE. OH MY GOD. so since most of the power's been out cuz if Isabel, most of the traffic lights don't work. And you know how when you're like, 15, you know that a broken traffic light acts as a 4 way stop. I don't think people in Maryland, Virginia, or DC know of this piece of information. It was SOOO annoying coming up to a light and seeing people blow through the intersection. It's damn dangerous too!!
