busy busy busy. hopefully tomorrow will be a nice chill day....no hospital shifts, just training, and christa's gone to Texas for a long weekend.
monday i went to catalina island for the first time with janet and my mom, dad, and my mom's friends from college as part of their 40th jubilee celebration thing. it was pretty fun, nice and relaxing. afterwards i chauffered some ppl back to anaheim and drove back to LA to hang out with erin cuz i thought it'd be the last time i'd hang out with her till october. we drove around glendale and ended up at Denny's and caught up. convinced her to join friendster after i told her i found random friends from our omgc class on there. drove back to irvine that night.
tuesday...gave a pretty good tour, left the hospital early cuz i thought i was in LDR, but i had scheduled myself for 6th floor. i didn't have my uniform on me so i just left and packed some stuff to move back home. afterwards inah, amanda, and i went to pomona for a little friend 911 to spend some time with janice.
lots of driving....today i had lunch with the cambridge crew at baja fresh and played with the wine chiller thingie at Gelson's....pretty interesting. i felt bad about lab....i prepared and set up as much as i could for sacking, and then right when they were going to start i left for lunch...and when i got back they had already finished and were cleaning up. went to LDR for real this time but left early then too cuz i had to get to LA by 7:45 .
Steven Lee finally was able to get me into a free show, although it was kinda last minute. i met up with erin at the ahmanson to see 42nd street. it was a really good show....lots and lots of dancing, lots of tap dancing, all in unison, pretty complicated stuff. i got so jazzed up just by watching them. makes me wish i knew how to dance.
so hopefully tomorrow's a chill day...friday is the Hoobastank concert in Del Mar and then saturday i'm off to MD for 5 days.
ahhh...it's so nice to have my room all to myself for the time being...i can't wait to have my own bedroom again.
